A destructible label only fulfills its security function if it is validated by independent technical tests. That's what reports and certifications do: they prove, using methodology and criteria external to the company, that the material delivers what it promises.
Laboratory reports
MAEDA report. Validates the conformity, performance, and security of materials used in the manufacture of destructible automotive labels, covering mechanical strength and regulatory compliance.
IPT (Institute for Technological Research) report. Independent scientific evaluation that certifies the quality of processes and inputs, supporting the reliability of each batch produced.
Institutional certifications
- CADRI — Certificate of Approval for the Disposal of Industrial Waste, which guarantees the responsible and environmentally sound disposal of waste generated in production.
- CIPA — Internal Accident Prevention Committee, which ensures a safe work environment aligned with Brazilian occupational safety standards.
- CETESB — The Environmental Company of the State of São Paulo, which certifies the commitment to environmental preservation and the proper licensing of the operation.
- CLCB — Fire Department Licensing Certificate, proving fire and panic safety conditions in the facilities.
- PPRA — Environmental Risk Prevention Program, which documents the preventive measures adopted to protect the occupational health of employees.
- PCMSO — Occupational Health Medical Control Program, focused on monitoring and preventing health problems among the team.
- LENCO — Technological Control Center, a technical recognition that reinforces the reliability of routinely performed tests and reports.
Why does this matter to the buyer?
When evaluating a supplier of destructible labels, requesting technical reports is the most direct way to confirm that the material meets the criteria of CONTRAN Resolution 968/2022 — and not just what is described in the product's commercial data sheet. Environmental and occupational safety certifications, in turn, indicate a mature operation aligned with regulatory requirements throughout the chain, not just in the final product.
